Ingredients

7 oz bean sprouts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the pan over medium-high heat for about 90 seconds. Add in oil and swirl to coat evenly.

  2. Allow smoke to rise from the entire surface of the pan, then add bean sprouts into the pan. Stir-fry quickly for about 1 minute.

  3. Once the sprouts are translucent, sprinkle salt and pepper. Lightly stir and serve.
