Vermicular | Voluntary Product Retrieval

Notice of Voluntary Product Retrieval for Certain Kamado Units

We have identified a quality issue affecting certain units of the Musui–Kamado sold after October 2024. In some cases, the heat sensor holder, a component of the Kamado induction stove, may melt due to radiant heat from the pot during use.

As a precautionary measure, starting Monday, March 17, 2025, we will voluntarily retrieve and inspect affected units with the specified serial numbers listed below. If a defect is found, we will replace the affected component and ensure safety before returning the unit. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding.

At this time, no incidents of injury, fire, or safety hazards have been reported. However, if you own one of the affected units, we kindly ask that you discontinue use and contact our support team using the information provided below.

We remain committed to enhancing our quality control and inspection processes to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
